Arete is wonderful! The rooms are very nice and the amenities are incredible. I love to play piano and paint and there is an art room where I can do both, there is also a music room. When I first looked at the units, I was very impressed by the service and professionalism of the leasing managers and I've noticed that they are always available during office hours and will sometimes stay late to ensure I get my packages after work. I love living at Arete! It is a great location right in downtown Kirkland and you can walk to pretty much everything. I also like the fact that I don't have to pay for utilities, they came free with my apartment. If you are looking for something affordable in a great location, this place can't be beat!
Cannot sleep due to loud slaming of a door that is on the opposite side of a paper thin wall. My quality of life has gone done down considerably due to lack of sleep. Never lived in a building that is as loud as this one.
Unless you like living with tweakers don't live here
Great location will be nice when done and landscape and common walls decorated. Loved corner unit with amazing view and light!
