I was thrown out by a rude office manager and threatened to have the police called on me if I did not leave their property on 10/22/2015. Because I voiced my opinion about a office visit charge that I received. All I say is you better be rich and have lots of money or be treated with no respect and humiliated. Went to Banfield and was treated better and they understand about the working class person whom lives on a budget!

Always available with welcome arms and smiles to see our furbaby 'Bo' - Very comfortable, accommodating, kind and sweet. Doctors are assertive, reliable, compassionate and truly listen to what you tell them. Another plus, they offer good insurance options which is a great value every-time - Totally worth the monthly investment. We are super happy with our choice in Vet services - Thank you @arendell Animal Hospital.
I ended up with a very hard to handle Chesapeake named Callie she has to be put to sleep just to have a checkup. Dr cash and the staff at Arendell are the only hospital I will let take care of her she has seizures and all so has hip problem and the care they give her and the new addition Jack is patient and caring thank you everyone.
