We chose Arendell Animal Hospital when we moved to the area six weeks ago and have nothing but good things to say about them, from the good-natured and thorough time that the vet took with our critters to the caring techs and assistants to the people up front. Excellent in every way.
Always friendly, never had to wait, took care of my dog and cat with no drama on my pets part. Office is very clean and pet friendly. Personable, easy to work with and they try to ease pet parents stress with knowledge and kindness.
We have 2 Black Russian Terriers. We moved from another veterinarian to Dr. Hawkes at Arendell Animal Hospital because he also has BRT's. The care that he gives my dogs is wonderful because they are a fairly rare breed in our area. So glad we made the move!
The staff is always nice and courteous. They're great with my dog. I can tell the people here really love what they do and want the best for your fur baby. �
We are always well received & Sadie Lu is tended to almost immediately. We are well pleased.
Wonder why there are no recent reviews? Perhaps others are receiving poor care as well. We lost our beloved Max due to what I believe was incorrect medication followed by unknowledgeable care when he was bleeding internally. Not only is the care less than satisfactory, when we called to let them know about Max, we got "so sorry". No inquiry as to what happened, no courtesy call from the vet, not even a lousy sympathy card!! Guilty conscience?? The least they could do is refund all the charges from the negligent care visits!!... read more
Thank you for taking such great care of Priscilla over the years. She had 14 great years and she was well cared for by Dr. Hawkers.
