I called to make an appointment with Dr. Arenas and was told that as of April 1, 2023, Dr Arenas is not accepting new patients. It would be nice if they notified Blue Shield to not assign members to her for primary care physician. Move to Bakersfield and making appointments for care has been an absolute NIGHTMARE!
She's the best there is.
Arenas is one of the best provider's ever there is no words that can describe her she is a miraculous and articulate physician.
The doctor canceled my new patient appointment after waiting three months for the appointment.
I really like Dr. Arenas. She is polite. She listens to your concerns and addresses each one. I've had a lot of different doctors and I rank her as one of the most likable and caring. I only wish the staff at the clinic where I see her were more efficient. It takes a long time to get my prescriptions refilled or to get referrals (for example to physical therapy).
I chose Dr. Arenas randomly, I was going through the list of doctors that my medical insurance cover; and I decided to go ahead and schedule an appointment with Dr. Arenas. At first, I didn't know what to expect, and after we met she made me feel like if I was part of the family, like she really cared for me. She is very professional, treats me with respect but at the same time I feel less tense and relaxed. I am so happy I found her. Definitely in my opinion she deserves 5 stars.
Dr. Arenas is the best doctor I've ever seen. She's always very courteous, and most of all, she is very thorough in every aspect. My health and well being has been so much the better since being treated by her. All of her staff including those in the front are extremely helpful and very nice. I've been being treated there now for over 3 years, and I have only one complaint. That's is I will miss them all so much now that my insurance has changed and I have to find another doctor.
I am glad to finally met a Doc with extreme patient care, polite, and very determined to help. Thanks Doc
