I love it here! They are friendly and not Stuck up. I like the balance they give and also the Dr is very experienced and complements his experienced staff. They made me feel so comfortable at a vulnerable time. I am a customer for life because that last tooth I got pulled gave me a wake up call…. Take care of your teeth and be compliant with appointments especially if you doctor does it ALL. Ty guys
I have nothing but great things to say about this establishment. The staff are so incredibly kind and understanding. I’ve had a crippling fear of the dentist since childhood and have had to come here for extensive reconstruction with a lot of work. They have shown me such compassion and are extremely gentle. Amazing and friendly secretaries/front staff very accommodating And caring. Dental assistants so nice they genuinely care..... Dentist is very good at what he does. I had to have 7 teeth extracted and he managed to pull them all out in less than 30 minutes. Very please with my experience thus far!!!!
If I am forced to go to the dentist, I refuse to go anywhere but Arena Family. The ladies are kind, compassionate and understanding. They explain options available and provide follow up. The dentist is a tooth extraction Ninja... it took longer for the numbing agent to set than it did for him to get my tooth out. A++ all around.
Great staff. I had a pleasant visit. My only gripe is that my appointment was for 15:00 and I arrived at 14:45 but the doctor didn’t get to me until 15:43. I guess it was busy. I didn’t have anywhere to be so it was no problem but someone else could’ve been very angry. Anyway, happy holidays and thank you.
