I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Arema Pereira’s office. I was running about 10 minutes late to my appointment and made sure to call ahead. The receptionist told me that if I arrived by 1:10 PM, I would still be seen. I arrived exactly at 1:10 PM, but by the time I was signed in—around 1:11 PM—I was told that Dr. Arema Pereira had already canceled my appointment and gone to a meeting.
