I registered with the Lakewood office and never got a call nor would they return my calls. I called the Mayfield and Parma offices and no one ever answers the phones or returns your calls. After I droppped off my resume at the Parma office, a woman named Candi called me about a job possibility then after explaining it to me told me she would call me back in 10 minutes. I told her that I was on my way to a day labor office but would pull over and wait for her to call me back. I waited for an hour and a half. I live near the o... read more

They are a very confusing agency. They have 6 branches around the Cleveland area. You need to call all 6 branches to find out what jobs are available if any. Lots of advertising in the PD and WEB for great paying jobs with little experience. Very disappointed!
