UNPROFESSIONAL IN EVERY ASPECT – I left off my printer to be fixed. The paper did not get stuck in printer, but would always stall, then print 3 or 4 pieces at one time. I was told it would be ready in a few days and would be called when ready. I waited 6 days, but got no call. Went to store and was told it was ready and that they called me a few times to say the printer was ready. They told me the number, which was correct, but I had no record on phone that I was called.
