they call you at 3:00 and tell you they will be coming to your house at 10:45 . you tell them you can't do that time and they come back and say that's the only time available. Just because you are on passport you don't have to be treated like that. also appointment they say are every three months but by regular calculations it is two months. example passport comes July 24th they then return like Sept 3rd and say 3 months review. when you can't do that appointment time its stated you have to OR case will be closed.
