Went to the open house the other day. It was a great experience got tons of information about different Lifts, scooters and car chairs. Met the owner Scott great guy and his sales representative for the car chairs and modifications named Micheal he was super helpful answered all are questions. The effort they put into the open house makes it worth going. Great job Area access keep it up.
We have always gotten great service and honest repairs with fair prices.
My Husband and I have been customers of Area Access, Inc. in the DC area for at least 20 years. We have purchased 3 power chairs, and 4 lifts, including 2 Joey's, from them. They provide excellent customer service and are always a pleasure to deal with. We really enjoy their annual Open House every May and really appreciate the free wheelchair inspection and tune-up, discounts and treats they offer then. They are absolutely worth the long drive to their location in Manassas.
Area Access provides a lot if support and advice about aids for the handicapped. They are friendly, intereste, and concerned. I would recommend them highly for anyone seeking mobility aids, stair climbers, elevators, lift recliners, and wheelchairs. All of the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly...it is sort of like family. I bought a car lift for my scooter, and they installed it. I also have had them check my scooter, and I purchased a new battery for it and had it installed. Great service.
We needed a stair lift chair to accommodate our aging mother during her visit last holiday season 2015. After checking reviews and pricing, we chose Area Access and they installed a Bruno Elan Stair Lift. Since then we've had the chair removed to accommodate moving some furniture upstairs, and then re-installed. After the chair was put back the batteries weren't charging correctly.
