James Long of Area Access came out to do the CAT 1 Annual Inspection with NEIS. While on-site he found the lift not operating. He immediately went into diagnosis mode and tracked down the problem, getting the unit to work as required. We are thankful for his determination to solve this issue. I highly recommend James Long as your go to technician.
Service is unresponsive and the response time is absurd. It’s been over 3 weeks - I need a simple job on my elevator, concerning access safety - and it’s been impossible to get a response from this company. Not even a quote.
