Great gym with fun classes. Started working out with trainer, Chad in May and have dropped 15 pounds but the weight loss is secondary to how much better I feel. This is a hidden gem in El Segundo with flexible hours and reasonable rates. I'm surprised more people don't find out about it & join!
Just started working out at AREA 44 and trained with Chad and had an awesome workout!
This is such a fun place to workout, great people, amazing trainers, and hard core workouts!! You'll definitely see a change of mind and of course feel super energized!
