During the middle of a pandemic we were having a small get together for my twins first birthday and baptism. Ardmore Q was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. I worked mainly with Samantha. She helped me figure out how much of everything I needed. Outside of the customer service the food was delicious and everyone loved it. Definitely a customer for life!

Its a Friday and I wanted to treat my family to a nice meal after a rough week. The food I received was nasty....all of it. I feel like I was given spoiled EVERYTHING! The corn bread was cold, the chicken and ribs tasted like paste when chewing it. The slaw smelled bad. This was a very unpleasant experience and I will never order from this establishment again!

9/10/2020 visit Flank steak and ribs were great. Update visit 9/12/20 Came back again for Ribs and brisket. Ribs were not very good. Very fatty. I mean like almost all fat. Really hard to chew, needed a lot of sauce. Was disappointed because the ribs last time were melt in your mouth good. Ended up giving them to my doggy. Brisket was fantastic! I'm gonna try again and hope it was just a fluke.

Ordered through seamless, apparently they were out of the brisket, rather than call us they just cancelled the item. So I had to call them and request a different item, which they accommodated. Food shows up and we realize that another item was also missing. So I called yet again and explained that they need to call the customer and let them know they are out of something and not just deliver the food with a meal (or two) short.
