Dont rent! maitnance staff is great but the front office will consistently give us wrong info then pretend it never happened. Will charge you everything extra they can. The apartments are also cheaply made and paper thin.
The maitnance staff is great but the front office is awful. They will provide you poor info and overcharge you every chance they get regardless of how long you've been a great Tennant. Apartments are cheaply made and noisy. Bugs and dog feces everywhere not to mention break ins and no gate. Do yourself a favour and don't rent here. There are nicer apartments for cheaper right down the road.

You should be ashamed of yourselves for taking advantage of college students with no money during a time like this. Paying extra money for a 9 month lease every month is very misleading when you’re going to continue to charge them without a 60 day notice to move out. The whole intent of paying more for a shorter lease is because they were letting you know that’s as long as they’d be there. Do I really need to say more? I included my experience in the USCB Students page, a lot of their profit, and unfortunately many students have already received such poor treatment. How dare you treat your residents this way? We are speaking with corporate because they cannot continue to treat their residents with such disgusting behavior.
This is by far the WORST place to live in this area. The "facade" is all pretty and attractive but then you find out the reality of living here. ROACHES all over the place......tenants who could care less about their neighbors who make enough noise to drive anyone nuts. Last evening....early morning....4 A.M. a bunch of "kids" running around yelling and screaming as if they were in the country with nothing around them...... This is a pathetic management group. Currently live here, just moved in recently. Absolutely would not recommend. I would have gladly spent more money else where had I known I’d be greeted by thousands of roaches on my very first night after renting. Also, very very inconsiderate neighbors up stairs as the walls are EXTREMELY thin and they have some sort of dragon that must live up there. Seriously unless you want to be disappointed I wouldn’t even bother. Hoping to end the lease sooner rather than later.
RecommendedIt is a new complex with well thought units. Office personnel is helpful as is maintenance.
