Wish I could give this complex ZERO stars. This is by far the absolute WORST apartment complex I have ever lived in. Been living in apartments for 12+ years. I could write a novel about all of the issues we had while living here. 1. Biggest issue and the main reason for moving out and the end of our lease was the water. Most terrible experience of my life. Contact me directly if you’d like to know more. The positive reviews on here are people they ask to write reviews. The construction is piss poor and the management company tries to nickel and dime you.
My husband and I lived at Ardmore & 28 for 8 months. I really loved the community, it is set back in the quaint Ardmore Neighborhood. We would often walk up to Uncle Julios for taco Tuesday or breakfast at Egg Harbor! My unit backed up to the beautiful beltline thats where I'd walk my dog every day, and sometimes twice :) The apartment was perfect for the period that we lived there, we also rented a garage across the hall from the apartment which made it very convenient to have my storage so easy to access. We had a great experience here! We moved in in late March 2017 and only moved because we bought a house. It's new construction, so there were a few minor issues when we moved in, but they were taken care of in a timely manner. The front office staff has been great and helpful, and they have brought on an awesome marketing team. The marketing team has hosted some fun events (happy hour one time and breakfast one morning for example) to help you meet your neighbors. The finishes to these apartments are unparalleled. It's a hidden gem in the heart of Buckhead.
I have looked at a lot of apartments and this was my favorite �. The staff was so helpful, the apartment was beautiful, and I love the peaceful neighborhood. I am looking forward to moving soon!
I have had a great experience with Ardmore Apts! I read other reviews that had lots of negative things to say but I have nothing but positive interactions with the team. And the pool is open and I am loving it!
