First of all, I wish I can put no stars just for the customer service that I encountered as I approached the business. So as I pull up, there’s a gentleman washing his car so I get out my car and I’m walking in to the building. He tells me to give him a second because he was washing his car so I thought OK. Let me walk into the showroom floor to see the products that I am about to purchase as I grabbed the door handle to go in. I’ve been detailing cars for almost 3 years and this company is by far my favorite. It has perfect pricing, amazing quality of chemical, and excellent customer service. In fact the employee came outside to demonstrate how to use the ceramic sealant on his own car because I didn’t know how to apply it. Workers definitely know their stuff and owner even recommended some good products for me to use in the future. Definitely recommend this company’s products.

I've been detailing with ardex products for 20 years when I go to the store I deal with Steve I believe he is one of the most informative people I've met he knows the products has the knowledge about all the products they sell been dealing with him a couple years now and he has never steered me wrong Steve is an incredible asset to ardex and a pleasure to deal with
