I am the HOA President for our community, and I can tell you that I have never seen such a well run community management company . Our manager Marissa Greer is an amazing asset. She is super fast in everything. I am a project manager by trade and I work on various projects at the same time, but I have never seen anyone one like Marissa who can do multiple tasks at the same time. Changing our management company to Ardent Residential was the best decision.
My husband and I have lived in our community for 20 years. With our prior management company, they never responded or called us back. When we call Ardent Residential, they always answer the phone and always help us with whatever issue we have going on. We live in a large community with all kinds of amenities. Since Ardent took over about a year ago, you can see a huge difference in the appearance of the community. It makes me smile every time I drive home.
