This company has a terrible payment system. Ardent sent the collections agency after me and dinged my credit score because I made an on time special assessment payment that threw their autopay system off. Then when my HOA fired them and changed management companies, Ardent continued to withdraw my $525 monthly HOA fee. I've contacted them multiple times and I still have not received a refund. It has been a month. Do not trust them with your bank account information.
Terrible Management company. Go anywhere else.
This company does not manage funds properly and has a very high turn over rate of property managers
I don't usually give reviews but I must say I'm really impressed with my experience with Ardent regarding an owner in their HOA. After months of complaining about this to the previous management, Eric was very nice and patient and I honestly thought he was just being sweet to get me off the phone but lo and behold, the NEXT DAY... no more trailer! If you get this Eric know you rock!!
Jennifer Carter was great working with! As a vender she answered and replied to questions immediately and was helpful getting responses fast from her clients. I highly recommend her services.
