Disorganized
Terrible property management. Only there for initial admin paperwork. Once you move in you can’t contact them directly. They make you pay an added fee for the garbage “maintenance” and the garbage rooms in the community are disgusting with no lights at night, cockroaches everywhere, people dumping furniture. The parking lots are zoos because assigned parking is not enforced. They don’t pay the bills on time and we see notices in the community the water is getting shut off. As a Board President making the decision to go with Ardent Property Group was the best thing I could do for our community Ardent Property Management was employed as the community property management of Harborwood Villas in 2022. I personally observed professionalism in handling tenant complaints, in handling vendor negotiations to ensure the community is never overcharged for services rendered.
