Poor communication
One of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. I was locked into a one‑year contract with four visits, and each technician spent no more than 10 minutes spraying before rushing out. They scheduled appointments based on their convenience, not mine, and any attempt to reschedule meant waiting at least two weeks. Very few residents in my area use them, so it felt like I was an inconvenience to their team. I paid nearly $800 for absolutely nothing. Stay away.
