This management company is disorganized, slow to respond, and has a lot of turnover. When we first moved in, the person working with us wouldn't even meet us to show us the complex parking system or give us our keys. They left the door unlocked for us to come in! We like the building we live in but have had many many issues with the management company here, from billing errors to slow response times on requests.
