I have known Amelia for most of her adult life. She has a great spirit and lots of artistic talent. Out of every single artist that I've known, she's the only person that I bought hundreds of dollars worth of artwork from. Her watercolor art is the best I've seen. If you are considering animals (especially horses) in your tattoo, you would be a fool to go anywhere else.
