Do not rent from Arden's Place Apartments in savannah. They have major plumbing issues. After having my 2nd backup of sewage water, I ask the office to replace my carpet and they refused. I do not recomend anyone move here who has small children as it may be hazardous to their health. All Ive asked them to do is replace the carpet, I never asked for reimbursement to my damage belongings.
