now usually i don’t write reviews at all cuz i don’t care enough, however on sunday august 10th around 4:30-5 pm there was a slight rush and i really only needed one thing. so i was waiting in line and there was a young girl with bangs assisting a customer and i was really impressed with how she handled a situation. Ridiculous! Came in the afternoon and saw only two teenagers managing the store. How is that supposed to work? They seemed to be doing the best they could but girlfriend and I walked out after 5 minutes or so since it was difficult to get assistance from either of them when there were so many other customers to tend to. Clearly customer service is not a priority here in one of the busiest Brampton plazas. Don't bother coming on weekends. Just shop online.
