I had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. I initially came in for a filling, but shortly after the procedure I began experiencing significant pain and sensitivity. I reported this to the office, and after taking X-rays, they confirmed that the filling had not been done properly and needed to be redone. They also informed me that I now have a fracture in the tooth, which I did not have before. I am not one to leave bad reviews but scheduling or speaking to anyone this place is a nightmare. To reach someone over the phone is a miracle. Then, for them to tell you something the same as anyone else is impossible. My insurance called and confirmed with ATD that an interpreter was able to stay on the phone instead of face-to-face. This was confirmed by Irnma. Of course days later, now AT our appointment, Kristina tells us that because of our insurance, we cannot have an over the phone interpreter. What?
