Love love love the open concept living, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Quiet, clean, safe apartment complex with great amenities! Staff and maintenance are friendly and quick to fix any issues that arise.

Andrew and I moved to the area two years ago. We visited many apartment communities in the area before we finally decided to live at Arden Place. It's close to everything but the location removes you from the hustle and bustle of the city. The office staff are very professional and are always super nice. The apartments are beautiful with the open floor plan, large windows and high ceilings. The molding and trim work gives it all a little extra sense of luxury. We plan on staying a while. ;-)

I would not recommend living at these apartments for anyone. Too expensive for all the noise that is in the apartments. Nice looking apartments, but poorly built. The front gate is always broken and when it's fixed people just follow behind you anyways for another 3-4 cars, so what is the sense of having a gated community. Parking is annoying with the marked spots up front for people that live on the upper floors when others on the bottom floor park in the spots not supposed to anyways. My husband Tom and I have lived at Arden for 2 years and signed up for another 2. After selling our home of 20 years we looked at every upscale apt. complex in town and Arden by far had them all beat. You have pros and cons about everyplace you live, but by far Arden seems to really care about their tenants needs. We would highly recommend it to our friends and have. Have made a lot of good friends here. Great decks, probably the largest that we've seen. Tom and Linda Terry
Rent is too high, especially considering the inconvenience of construction at Rio and Rte 29. No utilities included, even a $10 monthly charge for trash pick-up. Office staff nice and helpful. Quiet neighborhood.
Arden is a great place to live and to get to know people. The staff is great and the Maintenance crew is amazing. Having not been in an apartment since college (& now retired), we had to make a few minor adjustments in our head. However, once we adjusted to "apartment thinking", we settled in just fine. We have met great people in our Unit and by the pool. Sweet place.
