Nice and comfortable
Arden is an excellant place to live customer service and maintance are top notch
DO NOT live here. For the first years we have lived here it was an okay experience with no issues but the last few months have been hell. We had an issue with our toilet where one of our children put a toy in it so maintenance had to fix it. After fixing it we came home to footprints with human feces in our carpet, on our bathroom rugs, floor, toilet caps thrown into the bathtub with feces on it where our sons toys were, the trash bag in it left on the floor with feces in it, on top of the toilet not properly installed back ... read more
Very bad service you call the office and they never answer
We have lived here going on over 7 years. Current owners have done more to approve this complex than any other owners (4 since we have been here). Before current owner there was no holiday parties and prizes for tenants, no propane BBQ and no dog parks. Adults are quiet and respectful of everyone living here. We are in the Jenks school district which is amazing. If you don't have your own washer and dryer there is a coming the apartment uses so you can rent or just on the corner is a laundry mat.
