“I had a very disappointing experience with the leasing office. I showed up for my scheduled appointment at 10:30, only to be told that I did not have an appointment, even though it had been booked in advance. If appointments are made, they should be honored and handled professionally. To make matters worse, the leasing staff member I dealt with was very rude and disrespectful during the interaction.
