I just want to say that the office team has been nothing but terrific. Friendly and very helpful. Always communicating. Big shout out to the maintenance team for their QUICK response in fixing any issues that may have been brought to our attention. Thank you Arden Overlook staff!!
Quiet, kid friendly and pet friendly. Needs to be updated for sure, same layout for 30+ years. Walked thru their show apt, clean nice decor yet, window sills and around have blk mold damage from water, paint peeling. Responded to a friends bdrm ceiling collapsing ON HER-hrs after she called, had to miss work took almost a wk to get someone to fix it. Then she started getting harassed bc her b/f was using the gym without her being present. SMH
First Experience First, they screwed up by saying the apartment was ready but wasn't even looked at. We were basically abandoned with no place to go and all we got was, "we're sorry." Well, I'm sorry too but u got a place to go to while all we have us a uhaul truck full of our stuff. So, basically, they haven't even started to clean up our apartment yet. And weren't gonna be done for another 2 weeks. So, we were just left out in the cold. So, quick thinking, we LUCKILY found a storage place that had ONLY 1 unit left in town.... read more
