Great building that is completely mismanaged by the new property manager, Mikel Nexus. (Kim, who is all over this Google page for being fantastic, is no longer here). We haven't had adequate recycling in nearly two months (as shown in photo). We've been threatened with fines for leaving boxes out when this is a result of management's negligence. Long time resident of Arden Flats & I love this place as it is close to all kinds of shopping & restaurants & Kim (apartment manager) is outstanding! Recently had all new flooring (carpet & linoleum) installed in my place. Kim did a amazing job organizing the contractors & making sure everything worked out for me. Great place to live...!!!
Arden flat is it amazing place to leave race of family? I’ve been living in 11 years and I can’t get enough. I love the place. I love the staff.I love the neighbor area is such a beautiful place to call Home.
The property and apartments are great but the reason is the Property Manager Kim. Her customer service and communication skills are top tier expertise. Any matters that come up she effectively communicates the resolution. Her ability to handle challenges makes this place a welcoming living environment.
