Horrible service. I left a review a few months ago, and they were extremely rude with their response. Not only that but they REFUSED to numb me despite me sobbing in pain. Other patients came to see what was going on because I was crying so loudly because they were drilling into my nerve over and over and over. They would not listen when I said I was in pain and it seemed to make them annoyed that I was crying and in so much pain. Never send your kids or ANYONE there.
If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. As a red head we go through medicines very quickly, and I disclose that to them before every single appointment. I was getting a filling once, and the nerves from my tooth were exposed. I told them multiple times that it hurt extremely bad, and I was in tears from pain. They refused to numb me again, even though I was crying loud enough for other patients to hear! Angelina and Sabrina at Arden Family Dentistry were efficient and competent at fashioning a temporary cap for one of my back molars. In addition, they explained what was happening and responded to my concerns. I would be delighted to work with them again when the permanent cap gets in!
So I had my teeth cleaned by Blair and can I just say she is definitely employee of the year. The cleaning was gentle. Her chair side manor was so sweet… I will definitely be back in 6 months.
