Have been with this practice for 2 years. It was great and I had a prior glowing 5-star review posted for them. Then somehow in the past few months major changes were made with no communication to clients. The dentist changed as did hygienists and other office aspects. Suddenly my next visit a dentist we’ve never seen tells me I need a crown on a tooth that has never been pointed out before as an issue. Ignoring my gut I go along and have the very expensive crown. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Arden Family Dentistry, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The receptionist was out that day, and I was first greeted and assisted by the office manager. She was incredibly professional, but what stood out even more was her warmth and kindness. Blair and Kelsi are the BEST at Arden Family Dentistry, Both very gentle and take there time with patients.
Kristine and dr Pearce made things extremely comfortable and easy- don’t like going to dentists usually but not anymore -top notch service and all of the staff are very nice
