We got off on the wrong foot and it never changed. They pressured me for insurance info that I've never used because I just moved from South Florida, threatened to cancel/reschedule my appointment because we were waiting for FL dentist to send current Xrays and I was in their office already. They knew I needed a cavity fill but nothing was done post xrays received during the first visit so that was an unnecessary checkup. During work hours. Don't go to this place.I've been to more than one place to get my partial and denture done through the years,enough to know this places no good. The staff are friendly and professional. But the woman who handles dentures she's she's terrible. When the assistant told me that there was no way that my teeth could be adjusted that they needed to be done over. 2159 Hendersonville Rd Arden NC 28704 828 686 0065 2024 Dec 6 Today was routine cleaning and X-rays. Missy was friendly, thorough and careful due to my terrible and embarrassing 'gag reflex.' Dr Miller was friendly and did the after-cleaning exam.
