Crooks I took my sl 500 there to see if they could detail the car they wanted to charge me 250.00 for an inside and outside detail. I think they were just trying to gouge me would not go there again.
RIPOFF iPhone on console when car went in no iPhone when car came out. I didn't realize it was missing until I drove off, when I went back no one knew anything about it so I filed a police report. Ok probably my fault for being so trusting or careless (never again). Plus a lousy wash the guy dried it off with wet dirty towels I watched him! He left water spots all over and got black hand prints on my headliner where he put his hands I would have complained but I didn't want them touching my car again. dont get jacked, go somewhere else horrible customer service! they broke the temperature control knob off the dash! when i got my car back the knob was pointing downwards (and it should only point upwards to select the temperature), when i touched it, it fell off and i saw the plastic inside was broken. I went to show them and the asian lady at the register said to go talk to the "old man in back" so I showed him the knob and he barely looked at it and said "we are not responsible for that" he actually said "your car was old... read more
RIP OFF RIP OFF. They don't provide the service that is paid for and you have to watch them to be sure they actually do the work. When I complained, they did not care as they already had my money.
DON'T RISK IT My girlfriend took her mercedes there they gave it back to her damaged (side view mirror). They said it was already damaged which was a bold face lie (she just got the car). If you see a flier that reads "ARDEN AND HOWE DAMAGED MY CAR AND REFUSED TO PAY" thats me. I plan on posting thousands.

Arden & Howe Car Wash Best car wash in town! Great job for the price and friendliest employees EVER! Wouldn't take any of my 3 vehicles anywhere else! All hand wash and wax, great interior clean up and AWESOME spot removal. Some people think that a regular wash and wax will remove water spots which is far from the truth. There is some kind of acid wash involved and then hand buffing that takes about 2-3 hours to have it done right. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! This place was horrible.If you love or even like your car DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH IT! They damaged my interior, then neglected to tell me about it until i saw it. They washed my exterior for free telling me that it was complementary because it "was dirty"- until i noticed the interior damage I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE! They didnt clean the inside of my windows, center console, or fully underneath the front seats and the sides of my front seats.
