RIP OFF RIP OFF. They don't provide the service that is paid for and you have to watch them to be sure they actually do the work. When I complained, they did not care as they already had my money.
HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! This place was horrible.If you love or even like your car DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH IT! They damaged my interior, then neglected to tell me about it until i saw it. They washed my exterior for free telling me that it was complementary because it "was dirty"- until i noticed the interior damage I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE! They didnt clean the inside of my windows, center console, or fully underneath the front seats and the sides of my front seats.
JWL This car wash been where for long time. I was so happy new owner had the new equipments installed and the car is very Britte and clean with newer methods to cleaning. I strongly recommend try the works package, it is $26.99 includes full service car wash under carriage, triple forms, cool wax and tire dressed and rim shine. I also noticed that processing time less than 15 minuet's which is better than expected.
dont get jacked, go somewhere else horrible customer service! they broke the temperature control knob off the dash! when i got my car back the knob was pointing downwards (and it should only point upwards to select the temperature), when i touched it, it fell off and i saw the plastic inside was broken. I went to show them and the asian lady at the register said to go talk to the "old man in back" so I showed him the knob and he barely looked at it and said "we are not responsible for that" he actually said "your car was old... read more
Great Carwash I use many carwashes in the area, because who likes to wash their car every week. This carwash does a fantastic job. The staff do great work making sure that there are n o water spots or missed areas that were not clean. The wait time can be a little long on sunny weekends and lunch hours, but they have a small store to purchase care items/snacks and a nice area to sit outside. PROS: great service CONS: none
Car Wash This place does a pretty good job in washing my car. A few times I found smudges on my windows. They offer different packages. The price varies. They always have some sort of special. I think for a basic wash it cost around $12 dollars. There is seating inside and outside of the store.
DON'T RISK IT My girlfriend took her mercedes there they gave it back to her damaged (side view mirror). They said it was already damaged which was a bold face lie (she just got the car). If you see a flier that reads "ARDEN AND HOWE DAMAGED MY CAR AND REFUSED TO PAY" thats me. I plan on posting thousands.
Arden & Howe Car Wash Best car wash in town! Great job for the price and friendliest employees EVER! Wouldn't take any of my 3 vehicles anywhere else! All hand wash and wax, great interior clean up and AWESOME spot removal. Some people think that a regular wash and wax will remove water spots which is far from the truth. There is some kind of acid wash involved and then hand buffing that takes about 2-3 hours to have it done right. Not a bad wash for the price The prices are reasonable, but always look for a coupon. They detailed very nicely and they were very careful about making sure all the water spots were gone. What I liked is that you can sit inside to have some snacks or hang out outside.
