On this day I came into the office for employment. I was greeted by two wonderful ladies who gave me a the opportunity to become part of their team. They were so nice and genuine to me. Thank you for allowing me to become apart of this wonderful agency.
Arcy helped us out when my Mom needed care. She got out of the hospital late on a Friday and another company said they wouldn’t be able to do an intake until Monday. Arcy started right away. The women in her care team were amazing. They were so great with her all through her illness, caring right through the end. It was terrible time for our family, but they made it a little easier.
Doran Bugg and his staff at Arcy at Home were very thorough in their initial evaluation of Mom. They truly understood her needs and were willing to develop a personalized plan for her care.
I had total knee replacement surgery a month ago and decided to reach out to Arcy Home Health for a 24/7 caregiver for a few days until I could manage on my own. I was extremely pleased with their service. The entire staff was always available to answer any questions I had. The caregivers performed their duties with great care, and I rarely heard them chatting on their phones. Arcy and the people that work there have been a lifeline for me. I live in a different state than my Mother and Arcy has been accessible, flexible and professional in every way. Whenever I've needed them or had a question, they've gone above and beyond to help. It's been a great experience for all of us every step of the way.
