Most unreliable company I have ever dealt with. Last year I called for an furnace replacement and last week called for an new ventilation unit and was given an appointment and both times they never bothered to show up. Don't waste your time with this company.

The guy is old and forgetful, he charged 110 percent markup on furnaces I purchased, I bought the Sam furnace at friendly fires in Peterborough, for half price a year later.. I'll never use guys again, scammers 100 percent..

My air stopped working the second day of the first heat wave of the summer. I contacted a company who advised that they could not be there until the following day. I then contacted Arctica who not only advised that they could be at my home the same day but specified a specific time and, they arrived at exactly that time. The technician (Ron) was thorough in every regard...fixed the wiring, crawled under my nasty deck to check on the unit itself and made any and all repairs and did so with a sense of humour and a smile. Dave and the team from Arctica did a great job at our cottage in Crystal Falls. The entire Heating system including ducts. Furnace. Fire place and hot water system was installed. Great after service as well.
