Great service and friendly staff !!
Had an Arctica technician at my house for 6 hours over two days and couldn’t get heat. Waited several days with no heat for them to send an invoice to the rental company. The rental company sent technicians from 3 hours away and I got heat in 20 minutes.
Arctica came and gave me an estimate to install a ductless heater. The installer told me the tubing would go above the dropped ceiling. When he actually installed it, it was visible across the wall, as seen in photo. He told me I could have my, contractor "build a bulkhead" or put "a piece of pine over it" and after all, " it was "ONLY a laundry room".
