Someone called the cab at FMH emergancy room this morning around 0425. The Cab arrived at about 0430 when I saw it outside briefly. The cab couldn't have been there for more than a minute when suddenly it pulled up further and flashed a large flashlight through the window to grab the attention of the gentleman who was talking with security. I thought this was very unprofessional, not good customer service, and above all rude.
