Thing you need to realize... its a cab service in fairbanks. Its not a limo service. Yes cabs smell of smoke but the drivers are all friendly , quick and reliable. I take a cab at least once a week and get a new driver everytime. Its always a nice and honest ride.
Took the cab 45 minutes to find me at West Plaza. After 30 minutes I called back inquiring where the cab was, I was told someone in my area was just disbatched. By this point I had 10 minutes to check in at Warbelows Air before I would miss my flight. I was offered a ride by someone who got me there on time, and was called by the cabbie at 10:35 looking for me.
Beware of this company. I pre-arranged a ride to the airport and these guys showed up 15 min late, leading me to miss my flight. While the late driver was empathetic, the company offered no concern about this.
Love this cab company they are friendly and reliable
Vehicle smelled of cigarette smoke. Also, I timed how long it took for the fare to go up $.10 when we were going 45. It was a consistent 3 seconds. This means every .60 miles instead of every 1 mile, you have to pay $1.6. Quite the scam.
Pleasant and safe, soon to be computerized
I called for this taxi on a Saturday night at 9pm and received a wonderful woman who took me to my destination. I called 2 hours later for a ride back to where I came from and was told by a very rude man that my ride was on its way and they would call me when they arrived. An hour went by, I called and asked for an ETA and they blew me off and hung up. Showed up on time. Friendly driver, clean cab - I would recommend their service to anyone in Fairbanks.
