I was a customer with Arctic Spring for over a year. Everything was great. Their spring water is amazing. Then, suddenly, things went south fast. Communications failed. Deliveries were wrong, inconsistent. They were always happy to help and bend backwards once I emailed the CEO. I wasn't complaining either, I offered some process improvement help, because I truly loved their water, and didn't want to buy from one of the major water corporations.
