Eric and Paul were absolutely fantastic at setting up our most wonderful spa! The hot tub and service throughout was exceptional. Now I’m just waiting to ( water to be hot) and then SERENITY NOW! Thank you guys for making my paradise happen!
Caroline really helped me out the other day when my spa's probe was acting up. I came in at the end of the day and she stayed late to help assess my issue and offer a few things to try, including some great DIY tips that ended up solving my problem, which saved me a lot of time and money. She was also courteous enough to follow up with me the next day via email to let my know my PH was a bit high but that otherwise she was happy to see the probe was working again. Very knowledgeable and polite. Caroline answered all our questions clearly and without any sales pressure. We thought the spas were out of our price range but she showed us the Be Well spas and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. We enjoy it every chance we get.
