Great place with friendly knowledgeable people who still practice excellent customer service skills
I used to work for these people and by far the worst employers I have ever worked for! Absolutely no customer service and made my job a nightmare.... Turds in a punch bowl!
I'm very frustrated! We've had our Arctic swim spa less than a year and have had numerous problems and service calls. Really feel like we got a lemon! Now the circulation pump is out and we have to drain it - again!!! - to have it repaired! What is the deal?
Spa less than 3 years old; 7 repair calls this year, 2 previous year and 2 prior to that. Many times I have had to wait 3 weeks to get a repair person out to fix it "again". It was suggested I speak with a manager about the # and frequency of service calls I have had to have. 3 weeks later and numerous messages left including to the parent company in Canada and still no return call. Next spa will definitely not be an Apollo spa. #fail
