I would not recommend purchasing an arctic spa nor would I recommend this spa dealer as their service is very poor. My wife and I purchased an arctic spa about two years ago. Shortly after, parts of the cedar cabinet around the hot tub cracked and broke. After that, the cover on the control panel became discolored. Then, the Onzen sanitizer system failed and it took 2 weeks to get a repair technician to come to our house from the dealer to fix it. RecommendedAshley at Arctic Spas Spokane is a swim spa expert. She answered all of our questions and then set up a 'test swim' for me in the store. We settled on the Ocean model with a large number of jets and the spa boy system. The salt water is amazing and the multiple swim jets allow you to go for a casual swim or prepare for the Olympics. By calling customers back and honoring your warranty
Where do I begin it all started when we bought the hot tub we were told it was a floor demo model ended up being a used returned model. We have owned this hot tub for 5 years now the first year everything ran smooth then after that the hot tub went downhill. It is one of their Flagship models the big arctic Spas Tundra 7 man hot tub. Love my spa. But now that it is older and needs parts to be repaired, I can't get it repaired. I can't reach you by phone or web. You don't answer your phone. You don't have a reliable service person in King County Washington.
Thankfully the couple of times my husband and I have walked into this place to check out the hot tubs, we have had nothing but wonderful, great customer service ��Hopefully, the great service continues if/or when we decide to purchase a hot tub � Thanks Eden for teaching us on hot tubs! Nothing but problems from the get-go. Upgraded the hot tub with sound system. Doesn't work. Apollo Spas says it is because blue tooth signal doesn't travel through water. Excuse me? Give me a break. And the phone app never works for me. I cannot connect to my hot tub and check the chemical levels. And my hot tub has already needed two repairs and I've only had it five months. Disappointed. And frankly, a little angry.
We love our Arctic Spa. This is the 2nd one I've owned. Easy to use. Simple to set up. The 3-star rating is NOT for the spa -- it's for the complete lack of communication with the employees at Apollo Spas. Not quite sure what the heck they are so busy doing all day long, but it's most certainly not customer service. Communicating with their customers is not high on their list of priorities.
