I LOVE this Hot Tub!!! These guys are the best. They were so great in helping me set up my Upgraded Hot Tub, I have been a customer for 8 years now. They are so friendly and helpful. Our tub arrived! The buying process was fun and staff Brent explained everything very thoroughly. Installers Shawn H and Carol were unbelievable. They did not rush the process and put it together with care and even our input. Once it was done, they explained everything very well. Amazing service all around.
Had a new Hot Tub installed today! Both Carl and Shawn H were amazing. The installation was quick but done with care. After it was complete, they went through the entire initial process and how to manage the hot tub. Couldn't be happier with the product and the installers.
Sean H. and Jay were awesome. They came out to coaldale not knowing we didn’t have an arctic spa hot tub and still took a look and fixed it for us!
