Excellent service during sale, installation and post-sale. Minimum maintenance system with great results. No skin problems unlike in chlorinated hot tubs.
I love my saltwater spa ,and spa boy makes life simple Service is second to none. It has been six years since my hot tub purchase and we still love it… unfortunately one of my pumps broke down , I thought this was kind of soon but these things happen. I called Arctic Spas they came by in a couple of business days and evaluated my situation a week later the new pump was installed! Aaahhhh my tub is back

We met Kurtis at the home show and he was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. He helped us build a tub that was best suited for our family. Excellent experience overall. Josh my school spa tech was great. Educational, personable, and efficient with the lift assist set up. Great team you have!
