The service and support from purchase to delivery was very good and on time! Kurtis and Marc were very helpful with being a first time saltwater hot tub owner and getting it set up. I would recommend Arctic Spa to anyone looking for a new hot tub.

Top notch experience from Reg in the showroom to the delivery of the tub by Gary. Once the tub was in place Josh spent time ensuring things were all working properly. If it wasn’t right they made sure it was.
