We went to Arctic Spas trying to figure out how to fix and clean our inherited Arctic Spas hot tub. Marc and Curtis were super helpful and knowledgeable in getting us the right parts and all the info we needed to get the hot tub up and running again. Thanks so much!

We visited 4 different hot tub spa businesses before choosing Arctic Spas. By far the most welcoming, attentive and knowledgeable team. Shoutout to Reg and Curtis who went the extra mile whenever we had a question or concern. Their third party vendors were also top notch. Geoff who led the delivery team was on time, friendly, efficient and the respectful leadership he showed his team was great. David and Lukas, electricians, were equally amazing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the right choice for a home spa.
Always a great time when stopping to pick up supplies for our amazing Tundra salt water tub! Mark is great and super helpful! I love that you can call and ask questions!
