Reg and Mark at Arctic Spas Langley are phenomenal. I’ve owned Arctic Spa hot tubs for 16 years. They really are the only tub designed and constructed for Canadian winters. I have one in Yellowknife, NWT and we use it year-round. My record is enjoying a soak at -43°! I once had a faulty GFCI breaker and the tub was without power for three days at -30° (real -30. Five Stars for Curtis and Mark. Curtis and Mark are amazingly knowledgeable and were extremely helpful this morning. I live way out of town so have to do my own parts replacement and they walked me through the entire process and helped me choose the crucial components along with some key additional observations. I also spoke to Curtis on Wednesday and even though he's in sales he picked up the service line and was an immense help. Kudos guys. We had an amazing saltwater hot tub for over 2 years now, running year round in all sorts of weather. It runs perfect, heats up fast, stays clean and relaxing. Best hot tub for our money and will recommend Arctic Spas Saltwater to our friends, family and anyone who looking to buy them.
