Owned this unreliable swim spa for less then year. Leaking allready. Service department wanted me to pay for the service call.. Over priced junk! They dont honour their warranty.
New owner/manager who has made a significant difference in the quality of their repair services. Very genuine and caring about making things right. I will come back to using their maintenance team again for all of my service needs for my hot tub. Thank you!
Staff are great, Service helpful as well.
