Big thanks to Steve and Amanda and Dan for making our experience purchasing our spa even more amazing. Steve was excellent in helping us choose and Amanda walked me through how easy it will be to maintain the tub and set us up with the spa care we needed. Amanda is great at what she does! Love my Arctic Spas. The Spaboy salt system adjust the chlorine & Ph automatically make the maintenance so easy.
I had a fantastic experience at Arctic Spa! Keeping hot tub water balanced can be a bit of a headache, but Lucas made the whole process incredibly easy. He tested my water and took the time to explain the chemical breakdown in a way that actually made sense. I walked out feeling much more confident about maintaining my spa. If you need expert advice and friendly service, definitely go see the team as they are all helpful and friendly.
I love our new Arctic Spa Cub. We use it almost every day. The experience from purchase to delivery was easy and seamless. Lucas B. was great and helped us out when we needed to delay delivery. The delivery staff made it during the first snow storm of the year and did the set up in the dark and cold. True professionals. I brought in some water samples and the staff could tell me very precisely what to do to correct the pH.
