Jessica was awesome! Listened to our needs, answered all our many questions and directed us to a spa that exceeded our expectations. Installation staff was great too. Definitely nice to have an Arctic Spa again. Thanks Jessica and team for great customer service!
Very dishonest business. Extremely glad did not go through with purchase and reps deceitful with false “made in Canada” claims - at least the pumps are Hencho En Mexico. Tubs assembled here with foreign parts while I’ve seen several people who’ve had fires start from faulty parts with no recall ever issued (buyer beware), so what do you expect?! Ohh. And the owner’s American too! 🙈
Worst company and fake “made in Canada” actually American and Mexico but the owners are crooks and liars so what do you expect?! Ohh. And the owners American TOO! 🙈
Wow! Very impressed by the way the staff here (and hands down, most friendly and knowledgeable team) have supported us in every aspect of purchasing a hot tub.
