I love our new Arctic Spa Cub. We use it almost every day. The experience from purchase to delivery was easy and seamless. Lucas B. was great and helped us out when we needed to delay delivery. The delivery staff made it during the first snow storm of the year and did the set up in the dark and cold. True professionals. I brought in some water samples and the staff could tell me very precisely what to do to correct the pH. We love our hot tub, the salt water feels soft and is much more gentle on the skin. The jet layout is perfect along with the pressure of the jets. The shape of the tub is comfortable.
My husband and I recently purchased a beautiful hot tub from Arctic Spa with exceptional help from Lucas .We couldn’t be happier. I owned an Arctic Spas hot tub when I lived in Saskatchewan so it was an easy decision to drop into the Kitchener location when time had come to get a spa for my home in Fergus. In my opinion it is the best designed spa available for our climate. I purchased a swim spa, Ocean Signature Series, in September of 2025 from Arctic Spas Kitchener.
