I recently had a service call for my hot tub from Arctic Spas Kitchener. I have never had a hot tub before, so I had a lot of questions as I was having difficulty balancing the water. The person who answered the phone took the time to listen to my concerns, and explained everything clearly. I eventually ended up booking spa school with them to get to know how to run my hot tub properly. I had a minor issue at the service call and I called the office to explain what had happened. I had Matthew here this morning for an empty, clean and fill and he did an awesome job! Thanks Matt! He was on time, shared a lot of information with me to our hot tub and was very helpful. Thanks artic spa for having staff that know their job top to bottom with no problems.
