Very pleased with Shaun and Justin coming out to fix our hot tub, very efficient, friendly and professional. Arctic Spas in Kamloops really doing a great job of supporting their products!
Another afternoon of helpful troubleshooting from Joshua L with our spa. Always very helpful. Always replies as soon as he can. Greatly appreciated!
Delivery team showed up early (messaging first to make sure it was okay), did a full install, and then came back after the electrician had been here to make sure everything was good. Their knowledge of the product was 100%. One of the guys stepped on my lilies, but was very apologetic :). Overall, our experience so far with Arctic Spas has been exceptional.
Shawn and Justin were excellent. They took their time to make sure everything was perfect to the point of replacing a small part that had a blemish. Their outgoing and friendly nature made it a very pleasurable experience. We couldn’t be happier with our Arctic Spa service techs.
