Buying the Spa was a not so great experience. After the purchase every step was a mission. No communication, no site visit, scheduling electric and crane was a disaster and it all seemed very sloppy. I ended up hiring my own services to get it over the finish line. Took two months from order to Spa School. I hope the quality of the Spa will make up for the headache. Excellent service Douglas treated me with such respect and also compassion listening to my stories and he also carried out all of my purchases to my vehicle and assisted me with everything. I could not Thank Douglas for his hospitality 🌈
We had to replace our hot tub as it was over 20+ years old and wanted a new one. We decided to go to Arctic Spas and after speaking with them, we got a fantastic salt water hot tub. The benefits of talking with very knowledgeable staff about switching from a chlorine to salt water hot tub was phenomenal. Thanks again for making this a very simple purchase and later installation for us!
Big shout out to Phil, Jay & Justin for their friendly approach and guidance setting up our swim spa. Update- August 13, 2025 We had a great experience with Joshua, Phil, and Rajay! They were incredibly supportive and friendly when I shared my concerns about our swimspa. They took the time to really listen and clearly explained the products and processes to help us keep our water in great shape. Great customer service all around, thanks again!
