Joshua at the store was helpful and answered all of our questions and went above and beyond. Shaun and Justin did an amazing job installing the hot tub and explaining everything to get it running. Phil and Rayjay along with Joshua, provided muscle to get our Summit XL off the trailer and down the side of our house to its final spot. Everybody in Kamloops did a fantastic job from purchasing to installing/setting it up. Thank you. Our family will be enjoying the new tub! Greg

We received our Hot tub today and are very pleased. Justin and Phil arrived on time, they were organized and communicated well throughout the process. They showed us all the spa school tips and answered all our questions. They worked well with our electrical who was also on site. We are looking forward to many years of making memories in our new tub.
