So sorry to rate you this low as you were becoming our go to for our hot tub needs but today's dismissal and arrogant attitude from your agent had us walk out with all our future business. We were in the market for a new hot tub cover too. Guess that just walked over to a competitor too. 1 pm Tuesday Nov 4th.
