Five stars for Arctic Spas Burnside! Our family is obsessed with our new McKinley spa. The Onzen system is a total life-changer—the salt water is so much gentler on the skin and eyes, and it makes the upkeep nearly effortless. Great local service and a fantastic product that actually handles the local climate. Highly recommend!

Amazing service, professional prompt and curtious. We are very happy with our Artic Spa had for 6 years purchase used it is about 12 years old now maintenance is straightforward the spot works amazingly would highly recommend this brand. Products for the spa purchase at Arctic Spa are excellent. The staff is friendly and they know their product and don't try to oversell things you don't need. Love my spa!!
Fantastic experience overall . The team at Arctic Spas were amazing . Aislinn took us through the numerous options , and answered all questions which led us to our tub . The delivery and set up team were also great , setting up the tub and showing us how to use and take care of it . I would highly recommend this professional group for your next hot tub purchase !!
