I tried to purchase a $14,000 spa from these guys and have delivery coincide with my move in date of my new house... the manager said he was willing to accommodate I asked if there was issues delaying delivery in case there was construction delays, again he assured me that as long as I give advance notice he would have no problem accommodating me. Just installed a new arctic spa and it is party! Great staff from delivering on time. Estimated from 5 to 8pm, and it was delivered around 6:30pm. Setup next day estimated 8:30 or 9am. They called at 8:10 to confirm 8:30. I like these guys at service and sales. They really look out for you intersests! Thanks again.
What a great business to do business with! Have enjoyed our Arctic Spa for 3 months now and received a card in the mail for a maintenance reminder. What other company does that. I love the personal and friendly service - thanks for the wonderful spa!!

Purchased an Arctic Spa after much research. Service has been great, with all my questions being answered. Was delivered when I was told it would. The tech. Well I don't really know where to start. First of all I live in WV. I talked to the folks at Arctic Spa Utah about buying a used Arctic Fox Hot Tub. I was a little nervous about buying a tub I had never seen (just a picture). I made a deal with Christian and he was very nice about answering all my questions and I had quite a few of them.. It was a pleasure working with Christian and his team, we bought the Hot tub on a Sunday. It was delivered, set up and ready to use on Thursday!, Everything was as promised. I would recommend Artic to everyone. Thank you a Fabulous experience!
