Return policy is definitely not customer service focused. Was surprised how cold they became after they take your money. Is it not advertised for a reason, but I think a 15% "restocking fee" for a completely unused, still in box product, is amateurish for such a long developed business. Very shocking.
The owner of this business solved a major problem for my restaurant on the spot when he stopped by to get dinner. I can't recall the last time a businessman treated a customer this well.
