My experience is great with this salon. I come regularly and every time nail tech Bay does amazing job, exactly how l like. I would recommend this place for everyone.
I am not happy with how these nails turned out. I had a specific nail design in mine and a photo reference which I presented to the nail tech, The nails that I left the salon with came out very wonky, very unclean, nothing like the picture and she used a completely different color than the photo. She sealed/cured lint inside the gel and the glitter and the male mail tech that was working alongside with her was being very inappropriate. worst nail salon I’ve ever been to! Lady did not ask me what shape and automatically shaped them. Did not ask if I wanted shellac or regular polish and automatically put shellac I told her to put regular as I do not want to pay for shellac on short acrylics. Worst experience and did not understand me or pretended not to. Do not go here and waste your money with these people. Wish I could get my nails, time and money back!
