Very satisfied with my service call. The technician Delano was very punctual, friendly, and explained all my options. My A/C was blowing, but not cooling. He was able to switch out a part same day, which is awesome on a Sunday. I’ll be calling them again for future services. Reasonably priced as well.
My AC system was not properly preforming. I had technician Chris M out and took a look at it found a leak and took plenty of time to discuss the options and costs involve with fixing or replacing. They were very helpful and professional, and I would highly recommend Chris to anybody else! The house is back to being nice and cool for the last week since our service!
I called Artic Fox at 2pm. The Tech Chris showed up at 6pm. He showed lots of courtesy he was very professional. He figured out the problem that 3 other company's could not. I want to give him a big thanks and will be using them from now on.
I called the Arctic Fox because my ac wasn't cooling. Talked to a service representative immediately. Set an appointment that day and had an AC technician at my house within 45 minutes on a Saturday evening. The technician was absolutely A+++. He was very informative and answered every question and had a ton of knowledge. He had my AC up and running in no time. I would recommend this company to everyone of my neighbors. Give that man a raise, best service I've had in a very long time! that's hard to come by these days.
