Food is classic good and the customer service is great. Very friendly and the restaurant is clean.

They have good food but the gal working, instead of giving us our change, took orders. She never came back to the window. We left after waiting a bit because it was less than a dollar. But .70 adds up over time amongst lots of customers if this a regular thing. Kind of odd.

My husband and I went to the Bountiful Arctic Circle last evening around 8:30 p.m.to purchase ice cream. We ordered two cones and the gal that helped us got that mixed up. The ice cream was so soft that the cones could not "stand up" and were dripping as we took them from her hand. The really disgusting thing was how dirty it was. There were napkins and other debris on the floor; the area where napkins and straws are kept, had empty straw wrappers and, spilled liquids on it; the table we sat at had been wiped off, but our ha... read more
